Las Guerrillas - FRC 469

     After many weeks of hard work and anticipation, FRC Team 469, Las Guerrillas entered their first competition: Detroit District, hosted at Wayne State Universtity from March 17 through March 19.

     After qualifications, we seeded 5th. Thankfully, the 2nd seed, Team# 245, the AdamBots, chose us to compete with them through the elimination rounds. Our alliance was rounded off by Team# 2832, the Livonia Warriors, playing a defensive position.

     We were defeated in the Finals by the seed 1 alliance of Team# 217, the Thunder Chickens, Team# 51,the Wings of Fire, and Team# 3096, the Highlanders. Good game to all!

     We would also like to congratulate our mentor, Dan Ernst, who has been nominated for the Woodie Flower's Award.
